Ketira Engineering Consultants is an independent organization of consultants under direct management of Ir. Paul Retika M.Sc, established in 1981 with structural design as its core of business.

Since then, the company has grown and expanded the line of services to include Soil Investigation and Surveying, Architectural, Structural, M/E Design, Civil and Infrastructure design, Value Engineering, Building Audit, Project Management/Construction Management, Special Projects, Mini Bored Piles and Mini Piles system, that gives the Clients the benefit of 1-stop engineering service.
